Cancellation Policy:
Please note that you must cancel your appointment 48 hours ahead of time to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.
Controlled substance policy:
Addictive and controlled medications are used sparingly, are not refilled between appointments, and require a signed contract. These medications often require in-person visits.
